Sonny Pawchuk
CDO Consultant and Managing Partner
With over 25 years in the information solutions industry, Sonny began his career in 1999 at a payroll software company and has since built a broad and deep foundation in enterprise technologies. His expertise spans ERP, CRM, business intelligence, and database systems, all layered upon a strong understanding of real-world business processes.
Sonny is also an Assistant Coach of the St. Mary's University Women's Lightning Basketball team, who finished second in the nation (CCAA) in 2025.
Throughout his career, Sonny has progressed from Technical Analyst to Business Solution Architect to CDO. Having worked across North America, Sonny has completed innovation changes ranging from multi-million dollar endeavours for leading companies in their industry to local non-profits. His ability to take on high-stakes projects that others deemed too complex while consistently delivering results with precision and care, highlights a leadership skillset honed from coaching a nationally ranked sports team.
With business process and industry knowledge based in experience, Sonny is constantly asked to lead business process workshops and projects at some of North Americas leading businesses.

Dawn Pawchuk
Managing Partner and Functional Architect
Dawn brings over a decade of experience, combining strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes, system requirements, and user needs. Her career journey spans Corporate Accounting, Banking, Retail, Oil & Gas, and Customer Service—giving her a well-rounded perspective that adds real value to every project.
Whether she's working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP solutions, Dawn’s attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations consistently set her apart. With excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Dawn is a true advocate for users—diving into each project to define objectives clearly, address pain points, and help deliver solutions that enhance both operations and customer experience.
Dawn is Geoson's Managed Services lead. Success for her is seeing Geoson deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and make the user day-to-day work more enjoyable.

Michael Jun
Lead Technical Analyst
With a background in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta and development across a variety of platforms, Michael's experience spanning full-stack applications, mobile projects, and emerging technologies brings a versatile, problem-solving mindset to every engagement. This diverse foundation allows him to adapt quickly and approach technical challenges from multiple angles.
At Geoson, Michael works across Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Microsoft Power Platform. He designs and builds custom apps, automated workflows, and integrations that simplify processes for clients. Known for his collaborative approach, Michael focuses on creating practical, reliable solutions that help organizations work smarter and achieve long-term success.

Skylar Menks
Business Operations Support Clerk
Skylar provides overall support for the internal operations of the company, making use of her recent education from SAIT by taking on accounting and administrative duties. She is very detailed-oriented in her work, which allows her to keep all records and cases as complete and organized as possible. Her well-rounded understanding of the diverse accounting needs businesses face enables her to ensure Geoson and its clients are supported for any financial inquiries.
Skylar provides a solid first point of contact for any issues a company may be facing by managing incoming communications. She works to ensure that everything is functioning at peak performance, which allows Geoson to continue providing exceptional service to its clients. Her quality of work and willingness to learn reflect an individual who strives for excellence in everything she does.
